Founded by Sumitra Poonia, a cybersecurity professional by trade and a dreamer at heart, Belveera was born from the desire to create something deeply personal — a brand that honors heritage while empowering the women who wear it and those who craft it.

Raised in a small village where fashion was a privilege, Sumitra grew up with a passion for creativity and a determination to one day bring opportunity and pride back to communities like hers. After building a successful career in tech, she followed her inner calling and launched Belveera — her third baby — alongside her co-founders, with love, grit, and vision.
