3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All actions under your account will be deemed your responsibility. Notify us immediately in case of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Order Placement & Pricing

All prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product information may occur. In such cases, Belveera reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order.

5. Cancellation & Returns

- User-Initiated Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Belveera-Initiated Cancellations: We may cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: inventory issues, pricing errors, or quality concerns. In such cases, we will issue a full refund or a credit note.
- Credit Note Policy: Refunds (if applicable) are issued as store credit valid for 365 days.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes across India for orders up to ₹10,000. Belveera reserves the right to refuse COD service based on location or past order history.

7. Fraud Prevention

We monitor for fraudulent transactions and may suspend accounts showing suspicious activity. Legal action may be taken against users engaging in deceitful practices, including misuse of credit card details or placing fake orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Belveera website—text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs—is the intellectual property of Belveera or its content providers. Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Colour Accuracy

Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, camera effects, or screen settings. We do our best to ensure accurate representations, but cannot guarantee a perfect match.
