- Product Accuracy and Quality Checks:
At Belveera, we strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. Every order goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
- Exchange Eligibility:
Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
Exclusions: We do not accept exchange requests for colour differences or fabric material variations. Products purchased during sale or promotional events are also not eligible for exchange.
- Exchange Process:
Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery at hello@belveera.com or call +91 80057 92011. Alternatively, you may submit your exchange request directly on our website.
Processing Fee: A processing fee of βΉ300 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email to confirm.
Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, we will provide the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use a reliable courier service, as Belveera will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Reverse Pickup: Once payment is confirmed, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.

Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the requested size within 7β10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed.
If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 30 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Customer Cancellations:
Prepaid and COD Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

- Belveera Cancellations:
Reasons: Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Refunds: For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
- Cancellation Charges:
Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2β3% deduction to cover payment gateway fees.
- Credit Note Validity:
Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
REFUND POLICY
No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered. Each item undergoes careful inspection before dispatch to maintain our quality standards.
Sale Items: Products marked as βSaleβ or purchased during promotional campaigns are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
