At Belveera, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted designs. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please read through our simple and transparent return, exchange, and cancellation process.
✅ Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Raise your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• You can email us at hello@belveera.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8005792011 with your Order ID and issue details.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and sent back in original packaging with tags intact.
• Products bought during any promotional offer or sale are not eligible for return.
• Free products or gifts received during offers are not returnable.
• If your product was damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must share a clear unboxing video and photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
• Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 3–5 business days.
• A return shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your store credit.
• Refunds are only issued as store credit within 7 Days (valid for 1 year), sent to your email.
• Returns are accepted only once per order.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or design? Here’s how to request an exchange:
• Raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To initiate, WhatsApp us at +91-8005792011 or email hello@belveera.com with your Order ID and preferred replacement details.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.
• If the new product costs more, you’ll need to prepay the difference (COD not allowed).
• If it costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit to your email.
• Please make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and has original tags and packaging intact at the time of pickup.
• Products purchased during any sale are not eligible for exchange.
• The exchange process takes 10–15 business days including quality check.
• Each order is eligible for one exchange only and cannot be returned once exchanged.
🚫 Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem!
• Orders can be cancelled before shipping.

• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
• Once your order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may proceed with a return after delivery.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable once dispatched.
🚚 Damaged or Tampered Orders
If your package looks tampered or damaged, please:
1. Refuse the delivery.
2. Immediately contact us via WhatsApp at +91-8005792011 or email hello@belveera.com with your Order ID.
3. Share a video of the parcel being opened along with images of the issue.
4. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
📦 Additional Notes
• If we cannot arrange a pickup at your location, you’ll need to self-ship the item. Belveera will not be responsible for lost shipments.
• Natural variations in color, print, and texture are common in handcrafted items and do not qualify as defects.
• Store credits are valid for 1 year, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• Belveera reserves the right to make the final decision in all return, exchange, and cancellation matters.
